About the venue

Royal Restaurant is the personal project of Chef Giorgio, who came from Rome and established this restaurant in Tashkent according to Italian standards. Giorgio personally greets guests in the dining room, engages with them, and offers recommendations — creating the feeling of dining at a friend's Italian home rather than at an impersonal restaurant. Most ingredients are imported from Italy. Signature dishes include seafood spaghetti, sea bass, lasagna, tiramisu, homemade pasta, and gnocchi. Live music featuring jazz, lounge, retro, and classical genres. The restaurant offers a children's menu, business lunch options, and thoughtfully designed interiors.
