Nem Vietnam is a rare case where Asian cuisine in Tashkent is prepared without compromises to local tastes. Here, pho bo is cooked the way it's prepared in Vietnam: the broth simmers for 18 hours, the beef is thinly sliced and medium-rare, and the herbs and spices are fresh. Guests familiar with the original say it's authentic. The café is small and intimate — the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Service is quick, portions are generous.
