La Mer is a unique concept for Tashkent: a fish market, wine cellar, and restaurant under one roof. The dining hall features aquariums with live fish, an ice table with fresh frozen products, and display cases with aged cheeses and wines. Seafood is sourced directly from Europe and the Mediterranean. The menu showcases Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine: sushi, sashimi, pasta, pizza, steaks, tom yum, and warm seafood salads. Capacity up to 130 guests, summer terrace, live music, VIP room, business lunch, and English-style breakfast. Halal certified.
