Dunganka is a restaurant dedicated to Dungan cuisine, one of the most distinctive culinary traditions of Central Asia. The Dungans are a Muslim people of Chinese origin, and their cuisine is a remarkable blend of Chinese techniques and Central Asian flavors. Hand-pulled lagman, kuksi, dumplings, spicy wok dishes with noodles and rice, and hearty soups are all prepared according to traditional recipes with an emphasis on homemade quality. The restaurant also operates a One Hot Pot concept under the same brand. Seating for up to 50 guests, delivery available through Wolt, and an elevator for guests with limited mobility.
