About the venue

Caravan is one of the most famous and long-established restaurants in Tashkent, operating for over two decades. Located in a historic private house styled as an authentic Uzbek courtyard: terracotta tiles, custom-made ceramics, carpets, pottery, and Eastern decor. Summer veranda, multiple dining halls, VIP zones — a 300-seat venue that never feels impersonal. The menu features Uzbek classics in all their glory: hand-pulled lagman, pilaf prepared from traditional recipes, shashlik, shurpa, and manti. Live music is a story in itself: musicians known far beyond Uzbekistan's borders perform folklore, ethno-fusion, and jazz. One of the first recommendations for foreign partners — the atmosphere of genuine Uzbek hospitality is preserved here better than anywhere else.
