Baku is an Azerbaijani cuisine restaurant, one of the few in Tashkent where Caucasian traditions are fully represented. Dolma, kutabs, piti, lamb lula kebab, shah pilaf — all dishes are prepared according to recipes brought from Baku. Warm atmosphere of Eastern hospitality that encourages long conversations and leisurely negotiations. A 4.5 rating based on customer reviews reflects consistent quality. An excellent venue for meetings with business partners of Caucasian origin or when you want to venture beyond Uzbek cuisine.
