Giotto started with just four tables and has grown into one of Tashkent's most recognizable café chains. The concept is built around two Italian specialties: authentic gelato and Belgian waffles. In 2018, a representative from the Italian Ice Cream Federation personally verified the quality and admitted Giotto to the federation with the right to use their official mark. Beyond desserts, the menu includes pasta, pizza, sandwiches, coffee, and signature cheese. Waffles topped with Nutella, berries, and chocolate have become a signature reason to visit. The venue boasts 79K Instagram followers and operates several locations across the city, including an address on Ukchi Street in the city center.
